you must pre register to receive the zoom link.

This is beginner friendly but experienced seekers will also benefit from it, the session is about 1 and a half hours long and starts at 9pm SAST and the join time will open 10 minutes before and formally close at 9:10pm before the meditation begins.

keep your camera on is optional and not required but all camera’s and microphones must be off during the main session but can be reactivated during the closing share and QandA session
